Min Wang

Chairwoman

As well as being Chairwoman of Hengyi, Min Wang serves as the Chairwoman of the Shandong HYI (Group) Co. Ltd. She has an MBA from Beijing University and serves as honorary president of Weifang Charity Federation and Weifang Female Calligrapher Association. Min Wang is a highly accomplished corporate manager, and has received a great deal of media coverage for her successful work.

Liang Chen

President

Liang Chen is president of Shandong HYI (Group) Co. Ltd, an executive council member of both China Fortune Forum and Shandong Enterprise Association Overseas Promotion Group, honorary president of Weifang Charity Federation and president of the HYI Charitable Scholarship Foundation with a fund of 10 million Yuan. He has received many awards and accolades for his corporate and charity work.

Jeff Wang

Director

Jeff is an experienced project manager, working in residential, retail and commercial developments since 2005. He has managed a number of sizeable projects for Shandong HYI, fulfilling a key role across design, finance, project and construction management. His experience is crucial to Hengyi delivering its projects in Australia.

Lu Xing

Director

Lu has worked in project management for residential, commercial and industrial development since 1994. In her role with BHP International Division she was involved with successful projects in Hong Kong, Singapore, China and Australia. In 2000, she established the Eastberry Group in Melbourne. Her experience and attributes enable her to deliver the best results on time and on budget.

Dean Fossey

Director of Property Development

Dean Fossey has over 20 years of experience in the construction and property industry in Australia.

Commencing his career working in commercial management for a Tier 1 Builder, Dean has also held roles within the property industry that include project management, design management, development management and stakeholder management across all market sectors.

Dean is responsible for all development operations for Hengyi across Australia and New Zealand.

Elizabeth Scott

General Manager (NZ)

Liz has worked in the area of asset management and property related development for the past 20years in both a primary industry and urban development capacity. Liz has worked in corporate, SME, NGO, and government environments, and across all aspects of project delivery and management. Liz holds a B.For.Sci (hons) and PG Diploma in Business (Property). Liz is responsible for the establishment and management of Hengyi’s operations in New Zealand.

Simon Manley

Development Manager

Graduating with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction Management), Simon started his career working in the volume residential housing sector with a designer/builder

Moving into commercial construction, Simon managed fit out and refurbishment projects for commercial, government and private clients.

More recently, he moved into a client side project management role where he was responsible for the delivery of construction projects ranging from apartments, luxury homes and advertising.

Simon’s primary role at Hengyi is to manage the delivery of the Melbourne based development projects from concept through to completion.

Sophia Herbert

Administration & Accounting Manager

Sophia joined us in November 2016, before that she as working at SkyCity in Auckland NZ helping run the facility management department. She has a strong background in Facility and Service administration and in recent years has studied both accounting and project management.

Being our Accounts and Administration manager Sophia’s main tasks involve overseeing the day to day operations of running the office and maintaining the accounts across Hengyi.

Sophia brings with her 9 years experience of administration including office management and financial assistance.

Harry Du

Corporate Treasurer

With a double degree in Banking/ Accounting and Business Law, Harry plays a vital role in maintaining the financial standing of the company.

Harry has previously worked in Banking and brings his expertise in determining financial strategies and policies to Hengyi.

William Yang

Capital Manager

With master degrees in Business Law & Accounting from Monash University, William brings enormous enthusiasm to his role. His practical experience in project management, marketing and accounting has been having worked in a variety of roles in the industry. His ability to deliver comprehensive reports on any aspect of business operations is a vital resource for Hengyi.

Elsie Ma

Contract Coordinator

Elsie is a graduate of The University of Melbourne, with a postgraduate degree in Construction Management. Prior to graduation, Elsie successfully completed her 6-months working experience with a local builder in Qingdao, China, where she served as Contract Administrator and assisted project management tasks on a high-rise residential site. Since joining Hengyi, Elsie has actively involved in contract coordination, sales & marketing and assisting project settlement.

Cheryl Chen

Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Cheryl has recently completed her study with high distinction academic performance for both bachelor and master degrees. After graduating from Bachelor of Environments (Major in Property) at the University of Melbourne, Cheryl continued to further develop her property valuation knowledge in RMIT (Master of Property). She has been with Hengyi since her last year at university and actively participating in Sales and Marketing for high-rise residential projects.

Doris Wang

Marketing Coordinator

Doris graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Marketing.  She interned with a property development company in China strengthening her abilities in marketing communications and media analysis.

Since joining Hengyi Doris has been involved in a variety of areas within the company.  Focusing on Sales and Marketing she liaises with sales organisations and agencies with the communication and coordination of Hengyi property sales.

Shawn Xiao

Project & Sales Coordinator

With a master’s degree of Construction Management from the Melbourne University, Shawn’s main role is Project and Sales Coordinator.

While completing his studies Shawn was working with Hengyi in property sales; but has recently joined Hengyi since completion full time focusing on Project Management.

Shawn’s current role looks to allow him to be actively involved in a variety of elements of Hengyi projects.
