Min Wang

Chairwoman

As a Chairwoman of Hengyi Pacific and various other operations in Australia/NZ, Min Wang is also on board on numbers of non-profit organizations, actively involved in health and medical research, educations, multicultural exchange programs via Bodhi Foundation, Protea Culture, WEHI and others. Min is a highly accomplished corporate manager and has received a great deal of recognitions in the industry and charitable communities.

Jeff Wang

Director

Jeff is an experienced project manager, working in residential, retail and commercial developments since 2005. He has managed a number of sizeable projects for Shandong HYI, fulfilling a key role across design, finance, project and construction management. His experience is crucial to Hengyi delivering its projects in Australia.

Lu Xing

Director

Lu has worked in project management for residential, commercial and industrial development since 1994. In her role with BHP International Division she was involved with successful projects in Hong Kong, Singapore, China and Australia. In 2000, she established the Eastberry Group in Melbourne. Her experience and attributes enable her to deliver the best results on time and on budget.

Mark Nutter

Senior Development Manager

Mark commenced his diverse property career excelling in new home design and sales with reputable companies such as Glenvill and Dennis Group, he honed his expertise in various aspects of the industry, including land sales and delivery.
His entrepreneurial drive led him to operate his own Real Estate business before transitioning to Real Estate and Development Management roles with renowned groups including Oliver Hume, Simmonds, Townshend and ING, and thus further building on his passion for property development.
Mark’s expertise encompasses the full development cycle of diverse sectors, including residential, mixed-use, Build to Rent, greenfield development, retirement living, and community-focused projects.

Significant Project achievements include design co-ordination, preparation, and lodgment of the CSIRO Site Masterplan (‘Highett Common’), with circa 1000 dwellings, and delivery of residential and mixed-use components of Waterfront City (Docklands).

Mark’s unique blend of skills, coupled with his commitment to excellence, ensures that Hengyi’s developments are executed with precision, efficiency, and success. His dedication to the industry and his enthusiasm for creating exceptional spaces drives him to consistently deliver outstanding results, whilst supporting the Hengyi team at all levels.

Elsie Ma

Assistant Development Manager

Elsie is a graduate of The University of Melbourne, with a Postgraduate Degree in Construction Management and an Undergraduate Degree in Planning and Design. Since joining Hengyi, Elsie has been actively involved from early-stage works of project due diligence, contract administration, through to project settlements. Elsie is building her knowledge and experience with moving into Capital Management and Public Funds.

Edward Long

Project Coordinator

Edward joined Hengyi after earning his Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Melbourne. His skill set spans the exposure to the entire property development process, including site acquisition, feasibility studies, planning permit application, consultant management, and sales & marketing.

Edwards versatile position, unwavering commitment to excellence and continuous self-improvement underscores his potential to enhance the Hengyi team and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Lilian Zhao

Financial Controller

A Certified Professional Accountant, Lilian earned a master’s degree in Commerce from the University of Sydney.

Lilian previously held a variety of finance and accounting positions with multinational companies in China and Australia. With over 12 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting and analysis, she has worked closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver business results.

Lilian is responsible for financial compliance and management reporting.

Sophie Sorrentino

Bookkeeper

Sophie joined the Hengyi team in 2018 as our company bookkeeper. In this role, Sophie ensures the day-to-day accounting processes & financial transactions are recorded and reconciled accurately on a timely basis. Prior to her role at Hengyi, Sophie has held diverse accounting roles within a variety of industries including manufacturing, retail, tertiary and transport.
Her education credentials include a Bachelor of Business from Swinburne University with majors in Accounting and Business Law as well as an Associate Diploma in Business Accounting completed at NMIT.
Sophie’s experience also includes sessional teaching of accounting subjects at Victoria University’s TAFE Campuses where her effective communication, sharing knowledge and working well with others are values essential to her role at Hengyi.
